Gravity drains
Our french drains, foundation drains, and channel drains are backed by a 10 year transferable warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturer defects. Our drains are also guaranteed to handle up to 2 inches of rainfall per hour. To put this in perspective most flash flood warnings are issued at one inch of rainfall per hour.
Sump Pumps
Our sump pumps carry a three year transferrable warranty against any manufacturer defects.
What we don’t cover
Our drains may be overwhelmed by severe, record setting rainfall. We do not cover issues with drainage over the rated capacity of the drain. If you want a drain that can handle more than 2 inches of rainfall per hour we can design and build a system to handle it.
Traumatic damages from other excavation, heavy equipment or vehicles crushing the drain (unless specified as a load carrying drain), lawnmowers, etc.
The warranty does not cover cleaning and routine maintenance of drains.
